Personal Training: Be one of the first to train in our newly renovated 1000sf studio. Come for individual one-on-one sessions with no interruptions, no onlookers, and no distractions. Or, come with a friend or partner to save money and share in the fun! We will also travel to you for in home/office training sessions. Now offering Kickboxing/Muy Thai private sessions as well.

Group Fitness: Now offering cost effective small group training sessions (no gym membership fees, cheaper than personal training, but far more personalized and less intimidating than large group exercise classes). A very functional way to incorporate consistency, accountability, and structured support into your fitness plan. Just $75 for 4 sessions (1 per week), or $135 for 8 sessions (2 per week). Space is limited so call or e-mail to register -- sessions are ongoing & appropriate for any fitness level -- you will not get bored with these groups!

Cardio Kickboxing: Kate is joined by husband (Mixed Martial Arts Fighter & Instructor) Tony, in a powerful hour of kicks/punches, drills, and technical skill building. The 2 trainers will help you de-stress, vent pent up emotions and energy, and learn skills for self-defense. Classes (max 8 participants) are $75 per month (commitments made on a monthly basis) -- they offer the full range of skill building, personal attention, and the safe/professional/private studio environment we have always prided ourselves on. You can also save by registering for 2 classes per week at $135 per month.
4 classes at $75 ($18.75 per class)
8 classes at $135 ($16.85 per class)
***This is a fraction of the cost of personal training with just as much individual attention***
Current class times Weds & Fri 5-6pm
Please remember the kickboxing class involves both fitness and personal protection skill building (follow through with gloves, bags, pads, etc). It is great for stress relief & challenges the body in a different way than other types of exercise. The classes are individualized & station based, so you will be working at your own level/pace at all times.
We also offer a small group fitness class (see above) which can be fine tuned to individual needs, does not involve kickboxing, has a max occupancy of 8 participants, and the same pricing scale. Both classes are appropriate for any fitness level, age, etc. We do our best to organize the groups to facilitate optimal benefit to all participants.
Keep in mind we do continue to offer personal training, partner/small group training (you pick the friends you want to train with), and private kickboxing lessons.
Continuous enrollment & multiple class times available.
