Personal Training: Be one of the first to train in our newly renovated 1000sf studio.  Come for individual one-on-one sessions with no interruptions, no onlookers, and no distractions.  Or, come with a friend or partner to save money and share in the fun!

Group Fitness: Now offering cost effective small group training sessions (no gym membership fees, cheaper than personal training, but far more personalized and less intimidating than large group exercise classes).  The groups will be held Sat. 9-10am, Sun. 2-3pm, Tues. 1-2pm, Thurs. 5:30-6:30pm, and Fri. 9:30-10:30am.  A very functional way to incorporate consistency, accountability, and structured support into your fitness plan.  Just $400 for 12 sessions (or "drop in" for $45 per session).  Space is limited so call or e-mail to register -- sessions are ongoing & appropriate for any fitness level -- you will not get bored with these groups! 

Cardio Kickboxing: Kate is joined by husband (Mixed Martial Arts Fighter & Instructor) Tony, in a powerful hour of kicks/punches, drills, and technical skill building.  The 2 trainers will help you de-stress, vent pent up emotions and energy, and learn skills for self-defense.  Small groups meet for 6 week programs (1 hour per week).

Pre/Post Natal Fitness: offering both individual and group sessions geared towards making delivery easier, babies and mommies healther, and body image positive.

Weight Management Symposium:  $50 program fee.  2 hour nutrition & fitness education seminar, Q/A, take-home materials, resources for long-term success, sessions run once every other month, register now, limited space

Eating Disorder Recovery Group: For those who are dedicated to finding full recovery from all types of disordered eating, topic-based, ongoing support, currently sessions are meeting Sundays from 2-3pm, and Weds. from 5:15-6:15pm. $150 per month (4 sessions), rolling admission.

Parent/Loved Ones Support/Forum: for those supporting friends/family members with eating/exercise disorders of all levels, meetings held once per month (usually Saturday) for 1 hour, registration required, $40 per visit, or $300 for 10 visits.

Body Image Workshop: geared towards women in need of new, healthy relationships with their bodies, 6 week sessions (1 hour per week), please contact ASAP to register - space is limited

Adolescent Wellness Program: geared towards children/teens in need of a new relationship with food, exercise, and body image (parent support forums included), fun group fitness, easy food-prep, emotional support, behavioral change, 6 week sessions (1 hour per week), please contact ASAP to register - space is limited
